Yogasanas

People would generally follow various techniques in order to keep their body healthier, but none of them are not effective when compared to Yoga, Yoga is traditional approach which is followed by Indians at past times to keep their body health and fit.... I am sorry if others are hurt with word "Indians",

Various asanas are being applied, but for a daily routine, following below types would serve purpose better.

• Suryanamaskara
• Tadasana
• Virasana
• Ustrasana
• Halasana
• Savasana
