Lot of people has lot of responsibilities with respect to job life or home life, but No one can do anything related to removing responsibilities.. but one can reduce stress by following some of the tips..
* Thump your chest and roar like Tarzan for 10 - 20 seconds.
* Smile, laugh and share a joke with someone.
* Pretend to chew a large piece of gum, loudly smacking your lips as you chew.
* Grab a pen and a piece of paper - write the number 8 out at least 80 times
* Sit down, close your eyes and relax your shoulders. Breathe in through your nose for a count of 4 and slowly breathe out through your nose. Repeat 3 -5 times.
* Shake and flap your hands for 1 -3 minutes. Rest them on your lap. Stroke down the left arm with your right hand. Repeat on the other arm.
It seems funny when some one reads but following these quick Yoga Tips to reduce stress and see what difference it makes to your mood. I am sure who will feel calm, refocused and energised.
