Ways to Sleep Better

A Good sleep always will improve performance of next day undoubtedly, First most question when generally people think of better sleep is “What is the best way to sleep?”, if any one asks.. Most doctors says "Well, what position do you sleep in?", by this way a couple of things can be modified and there by one can have restful and comfortable sleep.. But some of ways which needs to be taken care of even while after above suggestion..

* Eat less food before Sleep
* Reduce On Screen Time before Bed
* 15 minute yoga
* Don't drink lot of water before bed
* Daily Exercises would even become an added advantage

Most of above tips would help to over come sleeping problems.. but be strict in implementing..By this time you will be feeling sleepy..
